PNA:
Clubs and Groups: Book Club
PNA BOOK CLUB - General
Information
Regular Meetings: Second Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in
the Red Room of the Phinney Neighborhood Center, 6532 Phinney Ave. N.
Type of Books: Fiction and non-fiction, contemporary and classic literature
Book Selection: Reading suggestions will be made and selected by the group. An attempt will be made to make selections by consensus, however a vote may be taken if necessary. Selections will be made for the entire quarter or longer.
Since a limited number of books may be selected for each 6 months, it is important to come prepared with information about your recommendation. This will provide the group with something upon which to base their choices.
Book Club books are available at Santoro's Books (7405 Greenwood Avenue N.
Seattle, WA 98103) for 15% off.
Participation: Book selections will be broadly advertised. Anyone interested will be welcome to join the discussions, regardless of
whether or not they are an ongoing member of the PNA Book Club. Current
Book List: Books are selected for 6 months by those present on the "pick night." If your book suggestion is selected, you become the guide for the discussion of that book.
