Hillside Park
Creating a gracious, park-like connection between the two buildings of the Phinney Neighborhood Center will unite the spaces into a campus that will transform the Center’s prominent corner lot into a distinctive neighborhood gathering place.
These new gathering places will include:
- Attractive green spaces between the two buildings, including small plazas with seating and gardens.
- A new hillside playscape for kids.
- Environmentally-friendly landscaping improvements, including permeable surfaces for absorbing rainwater.
