Improvements
Ensure the Efficiency and Safety of the Site
As tenants, we were unable to address significant deferred maintenance items. Owning the site would enable us to make these important capital improvements and undertake them in the most environmentally sustainable ways possible.
Improvements will include:
- Replacing the decomposing roof on the brick building.
- Earthquake retrofitting of the wooden building.
- New outdoor lighting to ensure nighttime safety as well as enhance the beauty of exterior gathering spaces.
- A site-wide rainwater management solution to expand the existing catchment system.
- Replacing a major sewer line.
- Zonal heating and cooling in the Community Hall in the brick building.
