CLUBS AND GROUPS

Looking for a way to meet other people who share some of your interests? Consider participating in one of the clubs and groups that are organized through the Phinney Neighborhood Association.

Phinney Friends Crochet Group meets Thursdays from 10 am - 11:30 am at the Phinney Neighborhood Center. The group crochets or knits laprobes and baby blankets for folks in need. If you don't know how to crochet, we'll teach you! To participate, just show up or call Susan at (206) 782-6232.

Book Club meets the second Wednesday of each month at 7 pm at the Phinney Neighborhood Center. Contact Ed at (206) 783-2244 or check the book club page for the current list of books.

Spanish Conversation Group meets Mondays at 6 pm at the Phinney Neighborhood Center. Contact Ruth at (206) 783-2244 or ruthm@phinneycenter.org for more information.

Dinners for 8 are small potluck dinners held in the community on the third Saturday of every other month from January through September. Sign up to attend and/or host by calling Chardell Paine at (206) 783-2244 or email chardell@phinneycenter.org.

Emerald City Contra Dance meets every Friday from 7:30-10 pm. There is a beginner workshop at 7 pm. For more information email emeraldcitycontra@pobox.com.
