Tickets available online or at the Phinney Center on Saturday June 9, 9 am-2 pm and June 10, 10:30-3:30 pm. Online tickets must be redeemed at the Phinney Center for the Home & Garden Tour map.

This year’s tour features four remodeled homes, five urban gardens and an artist’s studio. Home remodels include 2nd story additions, solar features, water catchment systems, kitchen bathrooms and more. Gardens include a water feature, use of native plants, “guerilla gardening”, heirloom vegetables, terraces, water catchment systems and more.

This is a self-guided walking tour. View the homes by walking, biking or driving, but remember parking can be difficult. Slip on footwear is recommended as participants must remove their shoes before entering the houses.
