Winter Festival and Crafts Fair - Volunteer Needs
Want to be a part of the fun? There are still openings for volunteers at the Winter Festival and Crafts Fair on December 3 and 4. If you would like to help out, please contact Judith as soon as possible. For all of these jobs, the more volunteers we have, the faster and easier the work will be for everyone!
Jobs that are still available as of November 28 include:
Friday (December 2):
General prep & set-up 9 am -noon, 1-3 pm, or 5-7 pm
Unloading helpers for early check-in 6:45-8:45 pm
Saturday (December 3):
Unloading helpers 6:45-9:15 am
Clean-up 5-7 pm
Sunday: (December 4):
Clean-up 6-8 pm
Monday (December 5)
Take-down and clean-up 9 am - noon
We also have a few specialized jobs, such as booth layout (Thursday and Friday), emcee (need to be comfortable in front of a crowd), and banker (reserved for current and former board members). If you are interested in any of these, please let us know right away.
If you are available during the day on Saturday or Sunday and would like to be considered to fill in any cancellations that might occur, please let us know what your availability is. We will let you know before the end of the day Friday if you are needed.
