The PNA (Phinney Neighborhood Association) is one of Seattle's best known community organizations and has become a model across the nation for building community. It was founded in 1980 and serves PNA members and the general public in and around Seattle. The PNA provides and promotes programs, services and activities aimed at encouraging connections between neighbors and fostering civic involvement in a diverse community.

Headquartered in a restored elementary school building, the PNA has developed an active community center that not only serves as a focus of Seattle's Phinney / Greenwood neighborhood, but offers a wide variety of programs and activities open to anyone in the Puget Sound region.

La Asociación del Vecindario de Phinney (PNA por sus iniciales en inglés) es una organización comunitaria sin fines de lucro fundada en 1980 con la misión de promover comunidad y sociedad.  PNA provee y promueve programas, servicios y actividades con la intención de facilitar el contacto entre vecinos y fomentar involucramiento cívico en nuestra diversa comunidad.

El edificio principal del PNA, es una escuela restaurada, que se ha enfocado al desarrollo del vecindario de Phinney/Greenwood.  En este centro comunitario se ofrecen una variedad de programas y actividades abiertas a cualquiera en la región de Puget Sound.
