Classrooms in the Phinney Neighborhood Center's
historic school buildings are rented by organizations, businesses and
individuals for classes, meetings, lectures and events. Classrooms and
meeting spaces are available in both the Blue and Brick Buildings. Free
parking is available in lots adjacent to each building.
The Center is open Monday-Friday 9 a.m.- 10 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.- 3
p.m. Extended hours may be arranged for one-time rentals for an
additional charge. Rooms are rented "on the hour, by the hour" and set
up and clean up time should be included in the rental time. Tables and
chairs are available for most rooms. Rental rates vary based on the
