    Vivid neon powder covered more than 1,100 happy faces at the PNA Holi Festival on March 26, 2022. Attendees joyously danced and coated each other in colors as irresistible tunes filled the Phinney Center lower parking lot. The annual PNA Holi celebration started in 2018 with a neighbor who wanted to share her culture with the community and this year's event continued that vital tradition.
