Apply for the NW Fine Arts Competition
2019 NWFAC Jurors’ Choice winner Kelly Johnston and her piece, Glow, water-soluble oil on canvas
Are you an artist living and working in the PNW? You’re invited to submit your art to the Phinney Center Gallery’s 2020 NW Fine Arts Competition.
Jurors will select work to be displayed from May 6-June 12, with the opening reception on Friday, May 8, during the PhinneyWood Art Walk: The BIG One.
The artist selected as Jurors’ Choice will have all of their submitted works in the show, their work featured on promotional materials, and an article in The Review community newspaper. Artists will be notified by April 6. (Pieces may not be larger than 3 feet, 6 inches wide and/or 6 feet tall, and must weigh less than 15 pounds. We can only accept 2D media, given the constraints of our gallery.)
The submission process is now open! The deadline to apply is March 29
The Phinney Center Gallery supports local emerging artists and is located in the historic Phinney Center in Seattle, Washington. Our gallery shows are advertised to 20,000 local community members and thousands of people visit the Phinney Center each month.
