Evergreen-Washelli Cemetery Suffragette History Walk

Join Amber Brock and Lisa Oberg as they lead you through the historic eastern side of the city’s largest cemetery, and one of its oldest. We’ll explore the stories of individuals with ties to the suffragette movement in this fascinating and lovely 144 acre park. Register: 206.297.0875.
9 am (at GSC) or 9:30 am (at cemetery). Free, bring bus fare if you are riding the bus.
Please note that all trips are made taking public transportation and traveling on pedestrian-friendly city streets. Every effort is made to make the trips accessible, but participants need to be able to walk or wheel in an urban environment, typically up to a half mile per increment (walking tours up to 2 miles). If you have accessibility needs that will prevent you from doing so, please contact us ahead of time. Trips need 5 participants minimum to happen, and are restricted to 10 participants maximum for reasons of safety. Please call to reserve your space ahead of time. Trip times can be subject to change based on bus schedules or other transportation changes.
