Gentle Zumba *Online Class*
Led by instructor Penny Fuller, Gentle Zumba is a seated exercise optional dance party designed for low-impact fun! Wear comfortable shoes and clothing, have water available, and be prepared to have fun. Drop-ins and adults of all ages welcome. Memory loss inclusive.
