Sat. 6/12. Love art and all things handmade? Come out and visit 70+ pop-up galleries and boutiques in neighborhood yards! Using a Google (or print) map as your guide, find art, jewelry, photography, cards, clothing, accessories, textiles, pottery, and more. (Don’t miss the booths at the Phinney Center lower parking lot as well!)
Wed. 6/16. Would you like to help your senior neighbors stay in their own homes as they age? Volunteer with the PNA Village program to provide services to older folks, like errands, chores, shopping, giving rides, and gardening. We're especially looking for individuals or families to "adopt a garden"! Join this Zoom to learn more.
Wed. 6/16. Welcome the Fixers' Collective back in the Greenwood Hardware parking lot! Don’t throw that gadget away! Bring in it to the Fixers-- an informal group of folks who meet simply for the fun of taking stuff apart, putting it back together again, and maybe even fixing some things in the process.
This course is presented as a challenging dance rhythms review - tunes where clapping along is about as challenging as dancing, and a great exercise for your brain. Since over half of the hour will be listening to dance music, you can get on your feet or wiggle in your chair to make it a physical exercise course too.
