This course is presented as a challenging dance rhythms review - tunes where clapping along is about as challenging as dancing, and a great exercise for your brain. Since over half of the hour will be listening to dance music, you can get on your feet or wiggle in your chair to make it a physical exercise course too.

This is a “dance” class for non-dancers and dancers alike!” Classes bring folks together across generations, inviting seniors in our community to connect with youth at Whittier Kids. Concepts will borrow from locally and internationally-renowned legend Anne Green Gilbert’s “Brain Dance.” In-person, outdoor, masked, and socially distanced.
