Much of my work centers around helping people detach from the unnecessary barriers placed by society, family, friends, or themselves so they can start living the life they value and have always wanted.
My therapeutic approach is ecelectic and person-centered. I utilize techniques from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and promote mindfulness practice. I love ACT’s focus on the present moment and approach on accepting the presence of unhelpful thoughts without letting them define or control behavior.
I prioritize developing a trusting, collaborative therapeutic relationship with clients in which they feel validated, heard, and challenged. I value providing my clients an experience that feels tailored to their needs.
