News & Announcements

The ‘Power of Community’ a success for senior programs

Our Ninth Annual Power of Community Breakfast raised more than $60,000 for senior programs. We are grateful for the time and generosity of our guests, donors, sponsors, volunteers, and ALL the supporters of the PNA.

Costume jewelry drive for senior center's sale

It's not yet spring cleaning time, but why not cull your jewelry now to benefit the Greenwood Senior Center? They have a fabulous sale every year and proceeds go towards the center. Please separate necklaces in baggies to prevent tangling and drop at the senior center. The sale is Dec. 12.

Be part of PhinneyWood's best holiday tradition

We're lighting the neighborhood with 200+ metal-frame monkeys. Community members are invited to sponsor one or more of the monkeys for the holiday season, at a donation of just $25 per monkey.

Community sponsorship will help pay for monkeys that will be installed at public locations -- the fire station, the library, the senior center and more.

Sponsorship for the first 20 monkeys will also include two tickets to the Woodland Park Zoo's WildLights, valid any day of WildLights. (Limit: two tickets/household). Sponsorship of monkeys without preview tickets is fully tax-deductible. Sign up online here.
