PNA welcomes new Executive Director, Christi Beckley
By ana-maria

With the support of our amazing community, we have been able to adapt to the changes of the past year and prepare for the future.  After a collaborative process that included feedback from staff, board, and community members, we are excited to announce the most recent development at the PNA: the hiring of our new Executive Director, Christi Beckley.

Christi comes to us after having successfully served over seven years as the Pike Place Market Foundation’s Development Director. She has served in leadership roles at the YMCA of Greater Seattle, as well as the Executive Director for the American Cancer Society–Puget Sound Region.

Christi spent 20 years as PhinneyWood resident until recently, so she fundamentally understands and supports the crucial role that the PNA plays for our seniors, families, neighbors, and small businesses.

Her strong track record of developing and supporting her staff; expert work with boards; commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion; and her work in expanding Pike Place Market’s community services and programs make her an excellent fit to steward the PNA’s future.

Christi’s first day will be March 15, and she can’t wait to get started, “I am thrilled to be joining the PNA team and honored to help carry on the legacy of this community. I look forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones – please reach out and say hello!”

Stay tuned for opportunities to meet Christi – on Zoom for now!—as we move forward together supporting each other and our community.
