“What’s Good in PhinneyWood” : COVID in Community
The PNA and the Greenwood Branch of the Seattle Public Library are collecting experiences of COVID-19 to share with the community – for a little virtual connection. We want to hear and share what new things you have discovered during the quarantine, how your life is different, what’s bringing you some joy (or sadness), and how you’ve seen our community come together.
On Air: Community in Quarantine
Our friends at local radio station KBFG 107.3, Ballard-Fremond-Greenwood, got in touch to share news about their (hopefully!) temporary program, Community in Quarantine, which airs Saturday mornings from 9-11 am. Like us, they want to hear from members of the community to find out how you are doing, and provide an opportunity for you to share your story.
“What do you need? How are we going to get through this? And what’s on the other side?” You are invited to call into the show at 202-798-1086, and you can also call and leave a message outside of showtimes. See more information and listen to recordings of past shows here.
I used my old Fashion Plates toy from the 70s to create some COVID fashion.
