Booth Preferences

We’ll do our best to accommodate your booth preference. Please note that this event is held in buildings that are over 100 years old, and each room is unique in size and layout. Because of this, the number of small and large booths available in each space is limited and specific to each room. We truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to create a great experience for everyone.

Large $470 (8' wide x 5' deep)

Outside Space $300 (10' x 10', vendor must provide own tent/canopy)

The PNA is committed to supporting emerging artists and increasing representation in our artist community. To help reduce barriers to participation, we offer 'Emerging Artist Booth Scholarships' that provide discounted booth fees for a limited number of artists. This scholarship prioritizes artists who may face barriers to accessing traditional markets, including: 1. Emerging Artists who are early in their creative careers and looking to gain experience selling at large festivals. 2. BIPOC Artists (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color). We are committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity within our artist community.

Applicants may request the level of support that would make participation possible for them. These tiers are intended as a guide to help us understand the level of support that would make participation possible for you. Scholarship awards will depend on the overall program budget and the number of vendors at the event. While we aim to provide meaningful support, we may not always be able to offer the exact level requested.
