One hour heart-opening, alignment-based Hatha yoga class. Release tension, build muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence. Classes are a blend of asana infused with live music, which is performed during guided meditation and Savasana. Occasional restorative yoga poses offer opportunities for deep relaxation. Instructor Marieke Slovin has been teaching yoga since 2015. She holds a 200-hour RYT in Hatha Yoga and a 500-hr RYT for Anusara yoga.
