Welcome to our community!

We’re so happy you’re here! Whether you’re a neighbor, even-goer, frequent the Greenwood Senior Center, preschooler parent, woodshop DIY enthusiast, or just love the work we do, you’re an integral part of our community. Members make all our vital community-driven programs possible.

And your contribution to our work through membership is how we’re able to continue the work we do in creating an inclusive and thriving community!

Our Impact

Members make all of our vital community-driven programs and services possible. With your support we can continue:

Meals have been served through our Hot Meal Program. 250+ Dental and Medical visits have also been conducted during 2022, helping our neighbors most in need

People attended an event at the PNA in 2022. Creating a space for fun is an essential part of how the PNA creates connections in the community

Volunteer Hours recorded in 2021. Our volunteers are dedicated to giving back to the community and making our neighborhood a wonderful place to be!

Tools are rented every year from our Tool Library.

Free Notary Services

We have staff that are certified notaries! Bring in your legal documents that need notarizing and we’ll do it for free if you have a membership

Membership has it’s benefits, the biggest being your support for the PNA! Without your membership donations, we wouldn’t be able to throw the events we all love, continue to expand our programs, and provide services to our neighbors in need.

What is the difference between a donation and a membership?

Becoming a member of the PNA gives you a greater sense of involvement in the community, plus you get extra benefits! Only members are allowed to use our Tool Library and Community Woodshop. You also have to be a member to participate in our Preschool programs. Then, with membership, you get discounts on events and classes, free notary services, and special invites to our member-only events! Making a donation to the PNA is a way to support our organization, but membership is how you also get involved.

What are the differences between the memberships?

The difference between ‘Community Member’, ‘Household Supporter’, and ‘Phinney Funder’ is the amount that you are comfortable contributing.

Where does my donation go?

Membership donations are unrestricted and go towards funding all the programs, services, events, and operational costs that the PNA incurs. We’re a team of 70+ organizing and managing 93 events every year; serving 20,000+ meals and 250 medical and dental visits; providing services for our 2,000+ senior members in the Village and Greenwood Senior Center; managing 3 preschools with 200+ kids; renting 1,200+ tools and providing free seeds; and serving 350 small business owners. The PNA does a lot! And your membership helps to fund all that we do and enable us to continue to grow our offerings.
