Auction Item Donation Form

Thank you so much for wanting to donate an item to our Raffle Frenzy!

While we’ve traditionally held a live and silent auction as part of this fundraiser, this year we’re excited to introduce a new format designed to make the event more accessible and engaging for our members and neighbors. Attendees will have two ways to win donated items:

  • Our Prize (Punch) Wall
  • A Tiered Raffle with $5 tickets and $25 tickets

This model allows more guests to participate throughout the evening while still showcasing and celebrating our generous community partners. We truly appreciate donations of all kinds — there’s a meaningful role for items valued at $20 or $2,000.

Donation Placement by Value:

  • $1–$100 → Prize (Punch) Wall
  • $101–$500 → $5 Raffle Tier
  • $500+ → $25 Raffle Tier
