Fri, 8/5 - Sun, 8/21. Gumshoe is slang for detective. It's also the name of a FUNdraising walk that's ending this month after 16 years and more than $74,000 raised for local nonprofits. Solve tricky clues around the neighborhood and return answer sheets by Aug. 21 for a chance to win a gift card!
The PNA Hot Meal Program provides hundreds of delicious and nourishing meals each week to anyone who needs them. It also offers a community closet and resources, and partners with other organizations to provide free dental and medical services. Volunteers are needed to help prepare, set up, serve and clean up meals for people in need. Monday dinner shifts are 2 to 5 pm and 4 to 7 pm at the Greenwood Senior Center.
