Gentle Yoga can stretch and strengthen you entire body.
Monday’s class is 50 minutes of gentle yoga asana.
Thursday’s class is 35 minutes of gentle yoga asana followed by 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra, also know as i-Rest (Integrative Restoration). Yoga Nidra is a simple yet profound tool for physical, mental, and emotional relaxation by way of guided visualization.
No prior experience needed.
Open to all.
