In this easy, upbeat class, you’ll explore music from Classic Rock to Latin to Contemporary with 16, 34, and 48 count routines. It's great for anyone who enjoys moving to music. Exercise never felt like such fun!
Improve your posture, flexibility and balance! This eclectic Viniyoga class incorporates modern dance, Pilates, Feldenkrais® and free form movement.
With Yoga, force and gravity strengthen bones, while movement stimulates renewal of joints.
This course is presented as a challenging dance rhythms review - tunes where clapping along is about as challenging as dancing, and a great exercise for your brain. Since over half of the hour will be listening to dance music, you can get on your feet or wiggle in your chair to make it a physical exercise course too.
