This course is presented as a challenging dance rhythms review - tunes where clapping along is about as challenging as dancing, and a great exercise for your brain. Since over half of the hour will be listening to dance music, you can get on your feet or wiggle in your chair to make it a physical exercise course too.
The Community Woodshop is available to current PNA members who is 18+ years old. Woodworkers of all abilities are welcome. Each orientation session is limited to 6 people to ensure a positive and safe learning environment. This 1-hour orientation covers available tools, shop safety and etiquette, access policies, fees, and volunteer opportunities. This orientation is free and registration is required. All dates cover the same necessary content.
