Wednesdays, 10-11:30 am. There is excellent research on the subject of happiness. In this group we’ll explore how to act on this research and create happier lives.
After the age of 65, many older adults are living alone. New challenges and issues can arise that we may be uncertain how to handle. Come to share experiences and thoughts.

Fly tying is a rewarding and relaxing hobby for both anglers and those who appreciate the art form (which can be translated into jewelry making as well). Come to this four session class to learn how to make beautiful and effective flies.
