Hey, ghouls and goblins! This Halloween season let’s come together to support our local patients in need of blood transfusions. Did you know every two seconds, someone needs a blood transfusion? From cancer patients to accident victims, your generous act can make a huge difference in the lives of patients in Pacific Northwest hospitals. Here’s how you can help: schedule a time to donate blood! If you’ve never donated before, don’t be a scaredy-cat! Donating blood is easy to do and it feels great spending an hour making a difference for critically ill and injured people in our community. The actual donation time is only about 10 minutes and afterwards you’ll get to enjoy sweet or savory treats. Make your appointment today and unleash your inner hero.
