An entry level class that assumes little to no prior knowledge, it’s designed to give you a grounding in the six most common grape varieties and the styles they produce. We taste classic examples of each and discuss what makes them so popular. We also lightly delve into how to evaluate a wine, talk about the basics of the production process, and what influence this has on the finished product.
