Artwork Liability: While the Phinney Neighborhood Association (PNA) and its partners will take all reasonable precautions to secure and protect the artwork, I understand that PNA is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the artwork while it is in their possession, during transit, or while on display. Insurance: I understand that it is my responsibility to provide insurance coverage for my artwork if desired. PNA does not provide insurance for individual pieces. Artwork Installation: I acknowledge that all artwork must be ready to hang with a picture hook rail system if hanging work. PNA will handle the installation of all pieces in the exhibition space. Sale of Artwork: I agree to the terms of sale, including a 50% commission to the PNA, including allowing PNA to facilitate transactions through a QR code system connected to an online sale website. A red dot will mark sold artworks. I understand that sold artwork must remain in the exhibition until the end of the event on, and pickups will be coordinated afterward. Artwork Pickup: I understand that it is my responsibility to pick up unsold artwork after the event. PNA is not responsible for any artwork that is not picked up within 30 days of this date. Free Admission: I acknowledge that I will receive free admission on Saturday or Sunday to the PhinneyWood Winter Festival as an artist in the exhibition and will receive comp tickets upon dropping off my artwork. Note, this does not apply to Preview Night. Agreement: By signing this waiver, I agree to the terms and conditions outlined above and confirm my participation in the PNA Winter Festival - Juried Art Exhibition.
