About

Thank you for your interest in participating in the PhinneyWood Winter Festival! The event will take place over three days—December 4–6, 2026—and welcomes ~6,000 of visitors throughout the weekend. We’re looking for a small selection of food trucks to help create a vibrant and delicious festival experience for our attendees. The participation fee for the full three-day event is $300. We prioritize vendors who offer high-quality, crowd-friendly menus and can operate efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
