Clubs and Groups

With activities from Crochet to Gadget Fixing to Book Clubs, you’ll find a range of ways to plug in. Want to start your own? Just let us know – that’s what we’re here for.

  • Phinney Friends Crochet Group– Thursdays from 10 am-12:15 pm. The group crochets or knits laprobes and baby blankets for folks who need them. If you don’t know how to crochet, we’ll teach you! To participate, just show up or call Susan at 206.782.6232.
  • PNA Fixers Collective – first Wednesday of the month, 5-7.  Bring a broken gadget to fix (or attempt to fix) it before purchasing a new one.  Greenwood Hardware, 7201 Greenwood Ave N.
  • PNA Book Club – second Wednesday of each month, 7-8:30 pm. Zoom.Email Claire or Linda for info.
  • Emerald City Contra Dance – Fridays from 7:30-10 pm in the Phinney Center Brick Building, starting September 9
  • Spanish I & II  Conversation GroupMondays Advanced 6-7 pm & Intermediate 7-8 pm; Phinney Center. $25/month. First night Free. Starts September 13.
  • PNA Garden Club – Meet new friends, learn organic gardening principles, help steward the Phinney Center gardens, and more! All levels and abilities welcome. Meeting currently on hold
  • Cribbage for a Cause *new* – Most Third Thursdays, 6:45-9:15 pm, PC Blue Building. $5 donation. Join us at the Phinney Center for a round-robin cribbage tournament! It costs $5 to play and all proceeds will be donated to the PNA Hot Meal Program. There will be prizes for the first and second place winners of the tournament.
