Community Legacy Maker Award
At this year’s Power of Community Luncheon, we will present the annual Community Legacy Maker Award to a person whose contributions have fostered belonging, connection, and care within the PNA community while leaving a lasting impact.
Since 1980, PNA has been powered by people – neighbors, volunteers, staff, board members, partners, and community leaders who have invested their time, talents, and hearts to strengthen our community.
This award celebrates those whose legacy continues to inspire others and whose contributions have helped shape the PNA and the communities we serve.
Help us honor someone whose impact deserves to be remembered and celebrated.
Submission Guidelines
Nomination deadline: September 3, 2026
Eligibility: Nominees may include current or former staff, board members, volunteers, community partners, donors, or other individuals whose contributions have made a meaningful and lasting impact on the PNA community.
Award Criteria
Nominees should demonstrate one or more of the following:
- Fostered belonging, connection, and care within the community.
- Embodied PNA’s values through service, leadership, partnership, or advocacy.
- Made contributions that continue to strengthen the PNA or the communities we serve.
- Left a lasting legacy through their vision, dedication, or generosity.
Additional Information
- You may nominate more than one person. Please complete a separate form for each nominee.
- Self-nominations are not accepted.
- Members of the Community Legacy Maker Award Sub-Committee are not eligible while serving on the committee.
