Folkdancing instructor Patrick McMonagle presents a weekly one hour course on the unusual music rhythms of Zwiefacher. Pat will play whole tunes, long enough to dance to, and spend a few minutes reviewing some dances as well. This course is presented as a challenging dance rhythms review – tunes where clapping along is about as challenging as dancing, and a great exercise for your brain. Since over half of the hour will be listening to dance music, you can get on your feet or wiggle in your chair to make it a physical exercise course too. People with limited mobility to expert dancers are invited to join; we are making the effort to serve all. This class will take place online and will require an internet connection to attend.
