Help create a welcoming & safe space for our Hot Meal Program diners & participants.
Join our team of volunteers who help at the with our memory loss programming, ranging from whole-body enrichment to music to improv! Ideal volunteers are interested in working with the memory loss community and can commit to 1+ years. Must be 21+.
Mow, weed, and/or otherwise keep the GSC grounds looking good! Flexible timing, 2-4 hours each month.
Help seniors learn how to use their devices. Flexible schedule. 6+ month commitment preferred.
Support school-age kids afterschool at Whittier Kids. Weekly opportunities between 2 and 5 pm, ideally for the school year (Sept through June).
Use your people skills to create community with the PNA! Pick which events you work, and help staff the PNA table. Next opportunities on September 18 and 25, 2026.
Bring your enthusiasm for the Village and expertise to the Volunteer, Membership/Marketing or Newsletter committees.
Help spread the word about PNA classes and events by putting up posters in PhinneyWood and beyond! Flexible schedule, great to do with kids and friends.
4 hour shifts available: 9am to 1pm, and 1 to 5pm, Saturdays or Sundays. 6+ month commitment requested.
Guide the maintenance and stewardship of the PNA's facilities and grounds.
Share your passion with either adults at the GSC or kids at Whittier (summer camp). Flexible timing.
Use your journalistic experience to help write & edit articles.
Join our team of volunteers to help customers check tools out and in. Some experience with tools helpful, but not required. Current needs on Wednesdays from 4 to 6PM, and Fridays from 3 to 5PM.
