Rentals : Rates & Locations
The Phinney Neighborhood Association manages three locations available for rental: the Phinney Center, the Greenwood Senior Center and the Sunset Hill Community Association’s Clubhouse.
Phinney Center (PC)

The Phinney Center campus includes two historic school buildings: The Blue Building (1904) and the Brick Building (1917). Rooms are available for hourly rentals in both buildings.
Weekdays: 9 am – 10 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 5 pm*
Sunday: 1 pm– 5 pm*
*Rentals outside of PNA business hours are handled on a case-by-case basis.
For classes & meetings, hourly rates range from $25 to $40 per hour.
For events & celebrations, hourly rates range from $40 to $55 per hour.
For events & celebrations after hours, hourly rates range from $75/hr to $105/hr (4 hour minimum)
Room Size (Capacity):
We offer a variety of spaces, ranging from 575 sq. ft. (up to 25 people) to 2,336 sq. ft. (up to 150 people).
Parking Lots are adjacent to each building: Upper Lot (Blue Building) and Lower Lot (Brick Building).
Greenwood Senior Center (GSC)

For classes & meetings, hourly rates range from $15 to $50 per hour.
For Events & celebrations, the hourly rate (Greenwood Room) is $125/hr., with a 4 hour minimum rental.
Room Size (Capacity):
We offer several spaces, ranging from 418 sq. ft. (up to 8 people) to 2,200 sq. ft. (up to 200 people).
Weekdays: 4:30 pm – 10 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9 am – 9 pm.
A small parking lot wraps around the Greenwood Senior Center building. Not all spots are ADA accessible.
Sunset Hill Community Association Clubhouse (SHCA)

For events & celebrations, hourly rates range from $125 to $175 per hour.

Room Size & Capacity:
We offer an Upper Hall (1,692 sq. ft.) and Lower Hall (1,173 sq. ft.); Maximum capacity for the Upper or Lower Hall is 75 people; up to 150 people in both halls.
On-street parking, ADA access/elevator; great for weddings and celebrations, non-amplified music events, meetings, retreats, and classes. For weddings/celebrations, music events and/or rentals that involve food or alcohol, both Upper and Lower halls must be rented together.
Ample street parking is available.
